Funeral service for Mr. Zander Dell Raines will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. George Wallace officiating. Interment Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation Wednesday 12:00 – 2:00 P.M.

Mr. Raines, age 74 of Lebanon passed away June 8, 2026, at his home.

Born August 12, 1951, in Wilson County, he is the son of the late Chanie Gray Raines and Jewel Dean Hall Raines. He retired from Lifeway in 2008, where he had worked as a customer service representative and also served as the Prayer Ministry Director. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, and had been a local missionary serving in the Hispanic community.

He is survived by his wife of over fifty years, Carol Jo Crutcher Raines; four children: David Lee (Johna) Raines, Andy (Mary) Raines, Rachael (Stephanie) Raines, and Odie Jack Raines; sister, Vanessa Andrews; two brothers, Tim Raines and Jeff (Ann) Raines; and grandchildren: Bobby (Sarah) Raines, Chase (Jessica) Raines, Mark Allin Raines, Mattie Rebecca Raines, and Kinslie Michelle Raines.
