Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Thompson Richardson will be 1:00 PM Monday, June 23, 2014, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Parish and Bro. Jack Honeycutt officiating.  Visitation Sunday 1-4 PM and Monday after 12 Noon at Ligon & Bobo.

Mrs. Richardson, age 69 of Lebanon passed away Friday, June 20, 2014, at the home of her daughter.

Born October 29, 1944, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late Gordon and Corinne Brown Thompson.  She was an artist and a member of Maple Hill Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty six years, Jim Richardson of September 7, 2013.

She is survived by her children, Christopher Gordon Richardson of Defeated Creek and Keleigh Richardson (Lee) Kilgore of Murfreesboro; and three grandchildren, Austin Richardson, Sophie Newsome, and Zander Newsome.
