Services for Mrs. Mary Ellen Dodd Gray will be 1:00 PM Monday, October 19, 2015, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Gray officiating.  Visitation Monday 10 AM until service at Ligon & Bobo.

Mrs. Gray, age 88, of Lebanon passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Quality Care.

Born April 30, 1927, in Stewart County, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late H. C. and Florence Mae Glisson Dodd.  She owned and operated Gray's Childcare for many years.  She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty five years, John Thomas Gray; son and daughter in law, John Kenneth and Rose Gray; brother, Delma Dodd Sr., and a sister, Gladys Marie Young.

She is survived by two sons, Bro. Jimmy (Susan) Gray of Shelbyville and Anthony (Linda) Gray of Lebanon; five grandchildren, Micah (Jennifer) Gray, Lois (Laramy) Gregory, Eric (Emily) Gray, Jennie Walpole, and William (Jessica) Walpole; 8 great grandchildren, Lilly Gray, Boone Gray, Lawson & Lucy Ellen Gregory, Bryce Gray, Ali Hoffman, Mattie Hoffman, and Boone Walpole; and two sisters, Katie Mae Larson and Lucille Johnson.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
