Funeral services for Mrs. Mable Wrye Mofield will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 22, 2014, at Fairview Church.  Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery.  Visitation Sunday 2-6 PM at Ligon & Bobo and Monday after 10 AM at Fairview Church.

Mrs. Mofield, age 80 of Lebanon passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014, at Quality Care.

Born October 10, 1934, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late Zearl Booker Wrye and Willie Esther Watkins Wrye . She retired from American General Life Insurance Company, and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, David Payne Mofield Sr. on April 17, 1996.

She is survived by two sons, David Payne (Teresa) Mofield Jr. of Alexandria and Michael Wayne Mofield of Lebanon; and two grandchildren, Rachel and Mariah Mofield.
