Graham
May 5, 1943 – June 4, 2026
Mrs. Linda Hickman Jones Graham, age 83 of Lebanon passed away Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born in Middleton Cheney, England, on May 5, 1943. Her first husband was Bob Jones who was in the U.S. Air Force. They traveled to many countries and states during their marriage. She later married James Graham who she supported through a heart transplant and other health issues.
Linda worked for years as an assistant director at the NCO Club at Barksdale Air Force Base. Later, she worked at HCA Healthcare in Nashville in food service and the gift shop, and at LSU Hospital as the cafeteria catering manager. Her last job was with Hallmark, working up to the age of eighty two as a part time greeting card merchandiser. She loved her family, enjoying their visits and travels together. She loved her flowers, decorating her home, cooking for those she loved, and spending quiet moments reading.
In July 2022, she along with her son and family, traveled to England visiting her relatives, friends, and her home place. This was a very special visit.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Miriam Pinfold Hickman of Middleton Cheney, England; and her husband, James Graham of Bossier City, Louisiana.
She is survived by two sons: Douglas (Debbie) Jones of Prattville, AL and Michael (Dana) Jones of Lebanon; loving grandma to her grandchildren: Crystal (Brent) Porche, Rachel Jones, and Emily Gordon; great grandchildren: Braiden & Owen Porche, and Finn & Tripp Gordon; brothers, Frank (Brenda) Hickman and Jim Hickman of Banbury, England; and many nieces and nephews living in England. She had several special friends in Texas and Louisiana and a dear friend, Marion Hayward of England and her family whom she enjoyed spending time with.
She treasured every moment spent with her family and leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, faith, and selfless devotion that will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life Service will be planned at a date to be determined.
