Mrs. Judith Ann Pevonka-Wagner age 76 of Lebanon passed away August 8, 2026, at Quality Center for Health and Rehabilitation. Born in Marathon County, Wisconsin, March 31, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Orlan James Pevonka and A. Luedike Pevonka. She was of the Roman Catholic faith and was a registered nurse having worked in home health care for a number of years before retiring.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-eight years, Bernie Wagner of Lebanon; brother, John Pevonka of Florida.
