John Zaccardi passed away surrounded by the love of his family, leaving behind a legacy of devotion, strength, and quiet kindness. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend whose steady presence and generous heart will be deeply missed.

John shared a beautiful 60-year marriage with his wife, Sally, building a life grounded in love, loyalty, and unwavering commitment. He was a proud father to Debbie (wife Lusine) and Jeff (wife Brandi), and nothing brought him greater joy than his family. He cherished his role as grandfather to Emily (husband Fred), Kelsey, Abby, and Mariam, and he was especially delighted to be a great-grandfather to Arden. He also looked forward with great anticipation to welcoming a great-grandson, due in April 2026. John especially treasured attending his grandchildren’s high school sporting events, proudly cheering them on and celebrating their hard work and accomplishments.

An avid camper, John loved spending time outdoors and especially enjoyed trips to the beach. He had a special place in his heart for his Saint Bernards and was a devoted fan of the Patriots. Whether cheering on his team, sitting in the stands for a game, enjoying the ocean breeze, or simply being surrounded by those he loved, he found joy in life’s simple blessings.

John faithfully served six years in the Army Reserves, demonstrating the same sense of duty and dedication that defined his life. He lived with integrity, humility, and a deep love for those closest to him.
