Mr. Jeremy Wayne Sams, age 36 of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday June 22, 2016.  He was born in Davidson County on November 14, 1979 to the late Regina Joy Walls.  He worked in the construction and paving business and attended the Hurricane Baptist Church.

He is survived by his maternal grandmother Mrs. Marie Scott Walls, children; Joey Wayne Sams, Nickolas Whistman, and Dalton James Sams, brothers; Bryan Sams and Jacob Harris, aunt; Debbie Jones, uncles; Danny (Rose) Walls, James, and Jeff (Charlene) Walls, paternal grandmother; Joyce Allen, companion; Crystal Ricketts, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Graveside services will be held on Friday June 24, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Baird's Mill Church Cemetery.  There will be no visitation prior to the services at the grave.
