Funeral services for Mr. James Howell Wamack will be 2:00 PM Sunday, December 27, 2015, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at the Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery.  Visitation Sunday after 1 PM at Ligon & Bobo.

Mr. Wamack, age 86 of Birmingham, AL passed away December 24, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howell Carmack Wamack and Audrey Vantrease Wamack, and his stepmother Ruth Hall Wamack.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Billie Jo Hackett Wamack, son James Howell Wamack, Jr. and his wife Jeanne RogersWamack, daughter Mary Jane Wamack Driskell and her husband D. David Driskell,grandchildren D. David Driskell, Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Hunter James Wamack, Sarah Jane Driskell, and Catherine Elizabeth Wamack, and great-grandson James David Driskell.
