Mrs. Elizabeth "Liz" Hemontolor Thompson Ogle, age 88 of Lebanon died July 7, 2014, at the Pavilion. She worked at the Lebanon Garment Co. thirty-two years and drove a school bus for Wilson County ten years. She was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Nannie Corley Hemontolor; husband, Hoyal "Boots" Thompson in 1987; three sisters: Orbie (Shipper) Walker, Julia (Claude) Mofield, Buhler (Eddie) Baird; four brothers: Dewey (Sadie) Hemontolor, Tom "Corrie" Baker, Hobart (Elizabeth) Hemontolor, Ernest (Wytunia) Hemontolor. Survived by husband of twenty-three years, Albert Ogle Jr.; daughter, Patricia (James Richard) Westmoreland; sons: Jeff (Lisa) Denson, Randy (Angie) Ballard; grandchildren: Christy (David) Taylor, William (Jennifer) Westmoreland; great-grandchildren: Kyle, Storm, Trulee Denson, Caleb Walker, Caitie Jones, Tyler, Destin, Gracen, and Cadence Westmoreland, Will, Mitchell, Nick Ballard; great-great-grandchildren: Ty, Grayson, Blade Denson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Elliott, Bro. Dickie Johnson, and Bro. Danny Sellars officiating. Interment – Conatser Cemetery. Active Pallbearers: Storm and Jeff Denson, Tyler and Bubba Westmoreland, Caleb Walker, Eddie Fields and David Taylor; Honorary Pallbearers: R.C. Christian, Gene Echols, Eugene Graves, Terry Lee Hemontolor, Howard Hemontolor. Visitation Tuesday 2-8 p.m. and Wednesday after 9 a.m.
