Graveside service with military honors for Mr. Edward L. Ashworth Jr. will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Bro. Mike Shelby officiating.  There will be no visitation prior to graveside service.

Mr. Ashworth, age 80 of Lebanon passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Skyline Madison Alive Hospice.

Born October 6, 1934, in St. Clairville, Ohio, he is the son of the late Edward Levoy and Carmella Ann Ashworth Sr.  He served in the United States Marines, and was a retired pharmacist having worked for the Veterans Administration.

He is survived by his son, William (Meredith) Ashworth of Mt. Juliet; three grandchildren, Zachary, William, and Emma; and two sisters, Melissa May Graham and Pamela Ann Lemme.
