Mr. David James McAllister, age 69 of Lebanon passed away March 2, 2024, at his home.

Born November 23, 1954, in Canastota, New York, he was the son of the late James and Marjorie Shephard McAllister.  He received his Bachelor Degree from Lindsey Wilson College and was a Methodist in belief.  He retired as Gunnery Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam and during Desert Storm.  He had received the Silver Star.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Westmoreland Wilson McAllister; step children: Cade (Kimberly) Wilson and Michelle (Andrew) Wishard; step grandchildren: Shelby Wishard, David, Mauran, Coleman and Aubrey Wilson; and sister, Jamie Savage.

There will be a private service at a future date.
