Ms. Cindy White Parrish age 57 of Lebanon passed away October 3, 2022, at her home.  She was born in Davidson County, TN, September 24, 1965, daughter of Fred L. White Sr. and the late Carolyn LeNelle Swann White.

She is survived by her father, Fred L. White Sr.; brother, Fred "Rick" (Melanie) White Jr.; sister, Sherrie (Richard) Witkowski.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
