Memorial service for Mrs. Carolyn Green Ward will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3291 Old Murfreesboro Road West, Lebanon, with Dan Vincent officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. at the Kingdom Hall.

Mrs. Ward, age 82 of Lebanon passed away August 3, 2026, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.

Born June 10, 1944, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late Isaac Andrew Green and Annie Julia Wrye Green. She was a homemaker, and one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She is survived by her husband of over fifty four years, Jerry Ward; four children: Keith Ward, Dedy Earnhardt, Derick (Jody) Ward, and Stephanie (Derrick) Jordan; six grandchildren: Brandi McCall, Michael Earnhardt, Austin Pilcher, Zach Ward, Dominic Jordan, and Ava Jordan; and two sisters: Faye (Manuel) Cummings and Hazel Yarbrough.
